How to Exchange
At REY PATESIO, you have the option to Size exchange the items you purchased. Here are the conditions and how you can manage it.
Conditions for making an exchange
You must manage the exchange before the established deadline:
- You have 5 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition and include the tags.
- You have to make the exchange in the same region and address where you made purchase.
Upon these conditions your exchange process will be made.
Note: At REY PATESIO, the option for refund is not available. REY PATESIO only provides the option for exchange mentioned on the conditions above
Please contact the support team within 5 days of delivery with the following information:
- Order Number and the Reason for Exchange
- Contact support team via mail reypatesio@gmail.com
We offer the option of exchanging your items using our home collection service. The cost of exchange request is 120/- INR
Note that our exchange policy states that no monetary refunds will be given. However, alternative refunds may be offered, such as store credit or exchanges and can be used anytime in the future purchases from our store.
