Size guidance provided through customer support is a recommendation and cannot guarantee a particular fit.
7. Prices
Product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

The applicable price is the price displayed and accepted at checkout.
8. Offers and coupons

Customers must not share OTPs, UPI PINs, CVVs or banking passwords with REY PATESIO staff.
12. Failed or duplicate payments
Where payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, the customer should contact care@reypatesio.com with the transaction reference.
Duplicate or failed-payment refunds may be subject to verification and payment-provider timelines.
13. Cash on Delivery
COD availability depends on:
- PIN-code serviceability
- Order value
- Verification
- Customer history
- Courier capability
- Security considerations
Repeated refusal or failed delivery may result in COD restrictions.
14. Shipping
Orders are shipped across India.
The usual dispatch period is approximately 5–7 business days, subject to the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
15. Risk and delivery
The customer must provide an accurate address and active phone number.
Delivery may be made to:

- A family member
- Security staff
- Reception personnel
- Another person available at the provided address
Where delivery is accepted by an authorised or reasonably apparent recipient at the address, it may be treated as completed, subject to evidence and applicable law.
16. Cancellation, return and exchange

A customer submitting a review confirms that:

23. Indemnity

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to mandatory consumer rights and the jurisdiction available under applicable consumer-protection law, disputes will be subject to competent courts and authorities in Vadodara, Gujarat.
26. Severability
Where any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.
27. No waiver
Failure by REY PATESIO to enforce a term immediately does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.
