How do I choose the right size?

Please check the size chart available on the product page and compare it with your bust, waist and hip measurements. Each product description also mentions whether the dress has a fitted, relaxed or stretchable fit. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for added comfort.

Will the dress fit me exactly like it fits the model?

The overall fit may vary depending on your height, body shape and measurements. The model’s height and size worn are mentioned on the product page wherever available, so you can better understand the length and fit. For the best result, always select your size according to the measurement chart rather than your usual brand size.

Will the dress look the same as shown in the pictures?

Yes, we make every effort to show the actual colour, silhouette, detailing and fabric texture of the dress accurately. However, slight colour variation may occur due to studio lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

Is the dress suitable for my occasion?

REY PATESIO dresses are designed for vacations, dinner dates, parties, celebrations, special occasions and memorable outings. The recommended occasions for each design are mentioned in its product description to help you select the right look.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are generally dispatched within 5–7 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and courier service. Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you. For a planned trip or event, we recommend ordering well in advance.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link through email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this link to check the latest delivery status of your shipment.

What if the size does not fit me?

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged when they are unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging. The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Sale, discounted and specifically excluded products may not be eligible for return or exchange.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear product images and an unboxing video. Once the issue is verified, our support team will arrange the appropriate resolution.

Are refunds available?

No, we do not offer refunds. We provide a one-time size exchange, subject to the availability of the requested size. A ₹150 exchange charge applies towards reverse pickup and reshipping.

If your requested size is unavailable, the remaining product value after deducting the ₹150 exchange charge will be added to your REY PATESIO Wallet as store credit. The wallet credit can be used toward another available product or a future purchase on our website.

If the selected product costs more than your wallet balance, you will need to pay the difference. Any unused wallet balance will remain available for a future purchase. Wallet credit cannot be transferred to a bank account, UPI, card or converted into cash.

What happens if my requested size is unavailable, when will the amount be credited to my RP Wallet, and how can I check it?

If your requested size is unavailable, the eligible amount will be added to your RP Wallet within 5-7 business days after the returned product reaches REY PATESIO and passes our quality check.

For Cash on Delivery orders, a ₹150 return and handling charge will be deducted. For prepaid orders, a 2% payment transaction/platform fee will be deducted.

You can check your balance by logging in and visiting My Account → RP Wallet. Our team will also notify you by email once the credit is added. The wallet credit will remain valid for 90 days and can be used for future purchases on our website.
