1. Product images

REY PATESIO makes reasonable efforts to display products accurately.

Product photographs may be taken using:

  • Studio lighting

  • Natural lighting

  • Professional cameras

  • Mobile devices

  • Editing for brightness, cropping and presentation

Actual appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, camera settings, photography environment and screen display.

2. Colour variation

The colour shown on a device may differ slightly from the physical garment because of:

  • Screen brightness

  • Display calibration

  • Device type

  • Browser settings

  • Photography lighting

  • Indoor and outdoor lighting

  • Fabric reflection

  • Image compression

A slight colour variation is not automatically treated as a defect.

A substantial colour mismatch or an incorrect colour product will be reviewed under the Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.

3. Fabric characteristics

Fabric may show natural or manufacturing characteristics such as:

  • Slubs

  • Creasing

4. Measurements and sizing

Measurements displayed in the size chart are approximate.

Minor variation may arise because:

  • Garments are stitched in production batches

  • Fabric may stretch or relax

  • Measurement techniques vary

  • Structured and flowy garments sit differently

  • Human stitching and finishing can create minor tolerance

Customers should compare their measurements with the specific product size chart before ordering.

Another brand’s S, M or L may not be equivalent to REY PATESIO sizing.

5. Fit disclaimer

Fit depends on:

  • Bust, waist and hip measurements

  • Height

  • Body shape

  • Shoulder width

  • Torso length

  • Fabric stretch

  • Garment cut

  • Personal comfort preference

A garment may fit differently on the customer than on the model.

Model information, where provided, is for guidance only and does not guarantee the same appearance or fit.

6. Size guidance

Customer care may provide general size guidance based on measurements supplied by the customer.

The customer is responsible for supplying accurate measurements.

Size guidance is a recommendation and not a guarantee because REY PATESIO cannot physically assess:

  • Body shape

  • Measurement accuracy

  • Fit preference

  • Undergarments

  • Posture

  • Alterations previously made to comparable garments

7. No custom sizing

REY PATESIO offers only available brand sizes unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

The following are not normally provided:

  • Custom sizing

  • Made-to-measure stitching

  • Length customisation

  • Neckline customisation

  • Sleeve customisation

  • Personal alterations

Customers may arrange alterations independently after purchase, but altered products cannot ordinarily be returned or exchanged.

8. Transparency and lining

The appearance and transparency of a fabric may vary depending on:

  • Lighting

  • Undergarment colour

  • Camera flash

  • Garment fit

  • Fabric tension

Where lining information is important, customers should read the product description or contact customer care before purchasing.

9. Accessories and styling items

Unless expressly included in the product description, styling items visible in photographs are not included.

10. Wash-care priority

11. General garment-care guidance

Unless the product label states otherwise:

  • Wash or dry clean according to the care label.

  • Wash dark and light colours separately.

  • Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.

  • Do not soak for extended periods.

  • Use cold or mild-temperature water where appropriate.

  • Avoid aggressive rubbing or wringing.

  • Dry away from harsh direct sunlight where possible.

  • Iron on the recommended temperature.

  • Use a protective cloth for delicate fabric.

  • Store garments clean and dry.

  • Keep embellished garments protected from friction.

  • Avoid spraying perfume directly on fabric.

These are general guidelines and do not replace the garment’s specific care label.

12. Delicate fabrics and embellishments

Party and occasion garments may use delicate materials, trims, fasteners or embellishments.

Customers should take care around:

  • Jewellery

  • Handbags

  • Rough surfaces

  • Sharp objects

  • Velcro

  • Zippers

  • Excessive friction

  • High heat

Minor snagging or damage caused after delivery through wear or handling is not a manufacturing defect.

13. Colour bleeding and fading

Some dark, bright or specially dyed fabrics may release minor colour during initial washes.

Customers should:

  • Follow the care label

  • Wash separately where instructed

  • Avoid prolonged soaking

  • Avoid strong chemicals

  • Keep wet garments away from light-coloured fabrics

Damage caused by ignoring care instructions may not qualify for return, replacement or refund.

14. Shrinkage

Some fabrics may experience limited relaxation or shrinkage after washing, particularly where instructions are not followed.

Customers should not:

  • Use hot water unless permitted

  • Use high dryer heat unless permitted

  • Use inappropriate washing cycles

  • Iron above the recommended temperature

Excessive shrinkage caused by improper care is not treated as a manufacturing defect.

15. Alterations

Any alteration, including:

  • Hemming

  • Taking in or loosening

  • Sleeve alteration

  • Strap adjustment

  • Zip replacement

  • Embellishment modification

makes the product ineligible for ordinary return or exchange.

Customers should complete the fit trial before altering the product.

16. Damage after delivery

REY PATESIO is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper washing

  • Incorrect ironing

  • Dry-cleaning errors by a third party

  • Perfume or chemical exposure

  • Incorrect storage

  • Excessive wear

  • Jewellery snagging

  • Alterations

  • Accidental tearing

  • Failure to follow the care label

This does not affect claims concerning a defect that existed at delivery.

17. Reporting a product issue

A damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery through:

  • Photograph of tags and packaging

The product must not be worn, washed or altered before the issue is reviewed.
