Returns & Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with the original tags and packaging. Sale, discounted, and promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number, clear product images, and a complete unboxing video. Once verified, our team will provide the most suitable resolution.

Return Shipping

REY PATESIO will cover the return shipping charges for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products. For returns or exchanges requested due to size selection, personal preference, or other customer-related reasons, return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned product has been received and successfully passed our quality inspection.
